our founder
Tracey
Tracey founded Arctic Bee after experiencing a personal mental health crisis in 2020. In 2021, she formally incorporated the company. As a survivor of domestic violence, Tracey chose the Arctic Bee as a symbol of resilience, survival and hope. The brand reflects a simple belief: even in the harshest environments, growth remains possible. At its core, her mission centres on the idea that strong branding and the right marketing support can help businesses grow, scale and thrive.
With over two decades of experience in web design, Tracey has worked across a wide range of sectors. Notably, in 2007, she was commissioned to build the official website for the Archery World Cup. This project demonstrated her ability to deliver impactful digital platforms on an international scale.
More recently, in 2024, Tracey completed a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her dissertation focused on personal branding, providing academically grounded expertise in building authentic personal brands for individuals and leadership teams. As a result, her work aligns personal identity with wider business values and vision.
Today, Tracey specialises in Joomla, WordPress, ecommerce solutions, SEO and LinkedIn marketing. By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of people and purpose, she helps businesses connect meaningfully with their audiences.
